Fast Diet

As i mentioned a few days ago
im now into my 2nd week of the fast diet.It seems to be going well and i have lost some weight but not exactly sure how much(scale issue)
The 2 fasting days are manageable ,like most people i eat out of habit not hunger.
The only thing i am struggling with is ideas for over to you do you have ideas for  meals,i tend to only eat lunch and dinner and can have 500 cals on my fasting days.So recipes of roughly 200 and 300 cals each would be gratefully received.
